The recent anti-war protestors

In Today's news it was consisted by the other forms of media was the anti-war protests in downtown Portland, OR. This was something that basically also happened across the United States to celebrate the five year anniversary of the start of the Iraq War. Something that I felt was politically incorrect and a waste of time.

I read these articles and viewed these productions to find out the latest. That these individuals were, according to the authorities associated or covered this incidents, or are sponsored by a socialist motion. These were basically the same that attend all of the local protests and recruited the "professional protesters".

These consisted of mostly 20 and 30 somethings. Individuals that had the excess time to blow and try and make a political statement. Basically wasting everyones time in the process.

I personally did not agree with the way these people wasted their and others time. Sure they were exercising the first and fifth amendment rights, but they could have been more productive.

The one way I especially had in mind was to spend this time volunteering. There are a number of different ways in which to get involved from your church to a number of different non-profits. One in particular to get involved with instead of anti-war campaigns is one that is involved with supporting the soldiers whom are coming back after serving time.

This is something that is very important. This is something in which did not happen following the Vietnam War. It should be something that even provides the soldiers support while they are serving their term.

An article I have briefly read and seen on the news, covered a couple of women who were attempting to make it work out. But due to a lack of interest, finances and etc these ladies were hurting.
